I did experience a bit of noise from a neighbors' dog barking at night, but it didn't detract too much from my overall experience. The bedroom was slightly soundproof, but with earplugs, I was able to sleep comfortably.

We especially loved the private outdoor sitting area. the host, Adelino, was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. the location was perfect, right in the middle of the marina, making it easy to walk to all the dining, shopping, and activities. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Ponta Delgada. We highly recommend it!

Parking in the area was a bit challenging due to the narrow streets, especially for us, coming from North America.
